When I rang Saturday the message on phone said no rescheduling under any circumstances, 2 days before course...and will lose money....The business loses nothing as it has already been paid for and a service they will not deliver. They are making money with no inconvenience to them and no loss of their product. . as well. It's not right. I see it as theft.”
