“Excellent cold process soapmaking class. Zoe was great and clear at explaining things and answering questions. Using lye was not as daunting as I had expected. Choosing scents, clays, exfoliation ingredients was fun and it was exciting seeing the final product come together. Thoroughly enjoyed this class.”
“Was looking forward to going yet I was sick on Saturday. When I rang Saturday the message on phone said no rescheduling under any circumstances, 2 days before course...and will lose money....The business loses nothing as it has already been paid for and a service they will not deliver. They are making money with no inconvenience to them and no loss of their product. . as well. It's not right. I see it as theft.”
