“A fun evening making dumplings, from making our own wrappers, delicious filling ,techniques in rolling , folding and cooking . Nellie was a fabulous teacher sharing her knowledge and skills in a home setting with a small group of food enthusiasts.
The dumplings were delicious , which we enjoyed with a glass of wine in a beautiful setting .
I left with a smile on my face a full tummy and the enthusiasm to make my own at home .”
