“I have tasted few cakes made by Afra and when she announced her cake decorating workshops are resuming I had to book a session. And it was worth it. Afra had organised everything before hand and all we had to do was just sit and learn. It was a very calm and cathartic activity. We learnt the basics of cake decoration as well as playing with textures and colours while decoration the cake. Afra gave so many tips and tricks while showing us how to apply frosting and do a filling in the cake. She made it all sound so achievable for someone like me who doesn’t make cakes regularly. And I enjoyed that we can use our own imagination for the cake filling as well as decoration . I loved the concept of using edible flowers and herbs to decorate the cakes. The end result was stunning and sweet! I highly recommend this cake workshop or any other workshop that Afra conducts .”
