“My husband and I had a great day doing the fish and seafood class with chef Tania. Tania was excellent; knowledgeable with little tips, helpful and fun.
The meals we made were delicious and you could recreate these at home. My favourite was the salt baked beetroot and toasted pecans with tonnato- tuna.
We had a great bunch of people on our table which made it fun and very interesting.
This is my second visit to sticky rice cooking school and I would highly recommend.”
