We were treated to a gourmet grazing platter featuring an award winning salami and her own delectable truffle sauce label, which added a luxurious flair to the experience.

“What a fantastic class! Kate was so accommodating when organising the class and was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. Everything was beautifully set up with the ingredients and their roles were all explained (plus where you can buy them from) and then the techniques were clearly talked through with plenty of demonstrations throughout.
