“Loved every minute - it's much more than a cooking class! Kanwal introduced us to all her recipes which had been passed down from her grandmother in Pakistan and the best part is that we also had a chance to hear all the stories of her own childhood that really brought the recipes to life.
We prepared the dishes together like a family, each doing our part and tasting and smelling each ingredient along the way. I loved hearing the stories of everyone else that participated as well. Finally we had a big seat down feast with all of our creations which was delicious. My favourites were definitely the Seviyan ki Kheer which is a sweet and fragrant dessert which uses vermicelli like I’ve never seen before.
Can’t recommend this experience highly enough, especially if you’re a vegetarian like me looking for authentic and unique experiences you can’t find anywhere else!”
