A very enjoyable day, Teacher was great,made ricotta & halloumi plus sweet cannoli . A feast to finish the day. Would highly recommend.

This class was sensational. From listening to the sisters share their life stories in Italy, to their understanding an insight into farming and how to pick quality ingredients - and of course the cheese making. Lunch was served after the class, which was a lovely surprise. BYO wine.

Katia and Sabrina are passionate third generation Italian cheesemakers, and their love for their craft is contagious! The workshop was fun, informative and hands-on. The ricotta and haloumi we made during the class was delicious. It was a great experience!
