“The dogs were very cute, but they were very distracting to meditate to. They were very active. I still enjoyed it though but found the meditation length was not long enough without dogs distracting. Perhaps extend the meditation longer. Eye masks were not necessary and also not hygienic with shared use ( from previous class) and dogs walking on them.

“This was fantastic - after a bit of a rough week the meditation aspect was genuinely helpful, but the puppies really made me smile, they were so delightful and the teachers all tried to make sure we each got quality time with the puppies. I'd love to do this again!”

It felt more like the puppies were being used as props for entertainment rather than having their welfare as the top priority. If this had been a partnership with a registered rescue, using fully vaccinated and age-appropriate puppies, with proper rest breaks and supervision, it could have been an enjoyable and ethical experience. Sadly, this was not the case.
The team couldn’t answer basic questions like which breeder they came from and as they were only 8 weeks old (the bare minimum to be away from their mother) they couldn’t say where the mother dog was.
A wholly unethical and unpleasant experience.
