I would recommend you assess what your general artistic skill level is at and how well you pay attention to detail. My group was fairly ambitious but it made it a lot of fun.
The teacher was also the owner and he was wonderfully hospitable and helpful and just an all round good guy to talk to.
Catching the train in is a good idea.
We did a 4pm season and finished at 9 (had to get it glued afterwards and pick up another day). Had KFC afterwards and it was sick.
Also, mind your safety! There are some exposed nails on the canvas”
