Di was a FANTASTIC teacher! Her instructions were clear, she provided lots of options for what you can create, and advised on coming up with our own designs. This was one of the most unique experiences I’ve ever had, and I adore the end result! Thank you Di for sharing your expertise ❤️

I absolutely LOVED this class! Di is a fantastic host, teacher and cook! Firstly you walk into her studio and are immersed into an environment where you can tell she is in love with her craft and you immediately relax. Di teaches you every aspect of making your stained glass masterpiece throughout the day, right through to the end, even if it takes longer than the allotted time, her main objective is that everyone in the group of only 5, takes home a finished piece, that you are truly proud of. You are pretty much given full creative control and have a vast number of colours, shades and patterns of glass to choose from in order to create something you will want to take home and show off to everyone! Di is there with you every step of the way and you will learn to trace or draw your pattern, how to cut different types of glass both straight and curved, how to grind the glass to the required shape, copper foiling your glass, soldering and finishing off your piece. The day flows smoothly with a scheduled morning tea of delicious home made scones with jam and cream, and Di manages to patiently share her help, knowledge and patience to each participant. Di was also kind enough to allow me to bring my hubby along who is my carer which afforded me the opportunity to get out in a community setting which allows me to grow as a person due to my social anxiety. I can't recommend Di @ All About Glass and this comprehensive workshop to anyone at any level enough, do yourself a favour book in, you will be glad that you did when you proudly display your stained glass work of art, I loved it and learnt so much that I have already booked into two more classes and can't wait to see what beautiful creations I can make next

Loved this class! Di was a great teacher and explained everything really well. Learning to cut glass curved turned out not as tricky as I expected. Great class for beginners and I hope I can learn more in the future :)
