“IS THIS A SCAM!!!!! No Class! No teacher! And no help from Class Bento!! Went to the Fitzroy address for a floristry class. Paid $120.00 for a birthday present for my sister. The address was only offices, no flowers. Tried to ring Class Bento for 45 minutes. Nothing! Tried to ring the teacher direct. Nothing! Finally got onto Bento after 2 hours. Said they would look into it as a priority and ring me back before the end of day. Nothing!! Teacher rang me back. Not her. This is fake!!!!! Please be careful when signing up to Bento. They are a small 3rd party place who cannot help. I'm going through Paypal to get my money back. Please be wary of this place.”
