“The greeting/ eating space was very welcoming. The group kitchen was well set out and very well organised. Very clean. All equipment top notch. The logistics of the day well thought out. Roman and Davide were well organised...light and breezy but very informative. Instructions were clear and the day was fun. Ingredients top class and definitely a hands on experience. W ine with food. Would suggest a bit more generous with wine. A refilled glass would have been appreciated. A very enjoyable and definitely good value 4 + hours.”
