“Last night I had the pleasure of attending an Italian cooking class at Pass the Parmesan. We made gnocchi from scratch, a sun-dried tomato pesto, and the most delicious pear and almond cake. And learnt how to make fabulous Ragu.

“What a fun & delicious evening. Everything about this course was enjoyable- starting with easy parking, Italian music and a lovely homely atmosphere. Chef Antonella firstly demonstrated her clear and simple steps and then in small groups we did it ourselves. She made it so easy to produce a gourmet meal- home made gnocchi with 2 sauces, a beef ragu and a red pesto sauce, followed by a delicious almond and pear cake. Chef Antonella is so organized with everything measured and available at your station, then she organized the cleaning up to be done for us whilst we sat down at a beautiful dining table to enjoy our delicious meal. It’s hard to believe Chef Antonella made it so easy I’m already planning on making gnocchi again. A must do course!”
