“Really fun, engaging and hands-on session professionally presented by the Head Chef of the hospitality group, with great assistance with the whole team at Plus 5. Session started with a glass of Prosecco. Outcomes were a jar of self-made, fresh and delicious pesto and a pizza you make which you get to eat for lunch (using the remaining pesto if you want) or tomato sauce was also available. Overall, a fabulous morning.”
