“Emily was wonderful! It was truly amazing how much I learned in just a short period of time. I felt supported and challenged. I took the Santorini Cake home and had friends over that evening to eat it: people were so excited about how good the cake looked (they had experience with my normal level of decoration and this was a huge step up!). The cake was delicious too.
