“What an amazing experience we had tonight with Chef Antonella and her very helpful husband. Our lesson was making pizza and calzone's but it was so much more than that. Chef Antonella explained everything so clearly and gave us so many wonderful hints and tips. We were warmly welcomed into their home and it was very well setup for our lesson. I have been trying to perfect my pizza's and this lesson was such a evening full of fun and knowledge. "Less is more"
We made our pizzas and calzone's and Chef Antonella also made us 2 salads (a must have when eating pizzas) and we enjoyed every mouthful.

One of the best group classes we've ever participated in! We learned how to make pizza dough, sauce, calzone and two of the most delicious salads that were as good as the pizza. We learned methods adaptable for both pizza and regular ovens and were able to take home extra dough balls for later - such a generous amount of food! Also, I’m not a fan of salads especially with dressing however the salad we made in this class is the best salad and dressing I’ve ever had!
