What an amazing experience we had tonight with Chef Antonella and her very helpful husband. Our lesson was making pizza and calzone's but it was so much more than that. Chef Antonella explained everything so clearly and gave us so many wonderful hints and tips. We were warmly welcomed into their home and it was very well setup for our lesson. I have been trying to perfect my pizza's and this lesson was such a evening full of fun and knowledge. "Less is more" We made our pizzas and calzone's and Chef Antonella also made us 2 salads (a must have when eating pizzas) and we enjoyed every mouthful. so much fun and learnt so so so much my wife and I attended and can’t wait to book another different cooking class and to top it off lunch was amazing

Antonella was fantastic as was her "Sous Chef" husband Chris. Knowledgeable, vibrant and entertaining, the class was fun from start to end and time flew by. One of the best group classes we've ever participated in! We learned how to make pizza dough, sauce, calzone and two of the most delicious salads that were as good as the pizza. We learned methods adaptable for both pizza and regular ovens and were able to take home extra dough balls for later - such a generous amount of food! Would highly recommend Pass the Parmesan and would love to join another of Antonella's classes! Thanks so much.

Love the experience, it was at the chef's place felt very comfortable.the teacher was very passionate about her cooking, full of knowledge. I think all of the participants is very keen to go home and cook. We had lovely dinner at the beautiful setting. Can't talk enough about the lovely atmosphere hospitality and experience.

Chef Antonella is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously the class was beyond incredible. From start to finish the class was unbelievably fun. Lovely chef Antonella has put in sooo much effort with every aspect of this class. I’m not the biggest fan of pizza’s but the pizza we made in this class was WOWWWW so so delicious!!!!!!! Heaps of smiles and laughter in this phenomenal class and I’m so grateful I attended!!! Thank you for everything! You truely went above and beyond and your knowledge and expertise is truely marvellous! Also, I’m not a fan of salads especially with dressing however the salad we made in this class is the best salad and dressing I’ve ever had! Everything was very delicious and anyone who attends this class is lucky as it gets!

It was a fun and enjoyable class. It was really interesting to learn about the different styles of pizzas, and the class was scaled to our cooking experience which made it easy to pick up. I really enjoyed it!
