Fun class with great instructors. Got to eat some delish food. Easy parking on a Sunday. Couldn't ask for more, really.

Nat and her team are a very welcoming and engaging group of cooks. They guided us through a fun and informative afternoon on Spanish cuisine, identifying the nuanced differences in how dishes are prepared in the various regions of Spain. The menu included chicken paella, tortilla de patatas, sangria, and gambas al ajillo. On arrival, delicious antipasto plates and fresh bread were ready for serving and at the end of our meal, our group was treated to a slice of in-house Basque cheesecake and torrone. Nat’s elegant loft apartment/workshop space is an adventure itself. I highly recommend this cooking session to anyone wanting to learn or hone their skills on Spanish cuisine!

From the moment we stepped in to the room, it was like entering your friend’s house. Nat welcomed us warmly and showed us around the beautiful apace. It was such a different cooking class environment compared to the others, as it doesn’t feel like one!. Instead, it feels like cooking with new friends and family for the day. Everyone felt so alive and enjoying ourselves with lots of amazing drinks and tapas while cooking the paella. Overall, it was an amazing experience
