“I went to Corey’s zine making workshop today and absolutely loved it. I came away feeling informed, inspired and genuinely educated about the history of zines, as well as completely free to make whatever I wanted. Corey brings such clarity, warmth and a beautiful steady pace to the session. They are incredibly well informed and create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome to explore, play and experiment.
I made a simple folded zine using old sheet music and drew over the top. It was such a gentle and enjoyable way to reconnect with my creative instincts. The group itself was really lovely, inclusive and kind. People shared openly, supported one another, and the whole room felt generous and safe.
