“I had such a wonderful time in today’s focaccia class with our teacher Puja! She made the whole process so approachable and fun, explaining each step clearly and sharing helpful tips along the way. It was amazing to see simple ingredients turn into something so beautiful and delicious.
We learned how to make focaccia from scratch and had the chance to top it with things like caramelized onions, cherry tomatoes, rosemary, and flaky salt. The smell alone was incredible! I left the class feeling inspired and much more confident about baking bread at home.
