Sylvie was such a good instructor, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. All ingredients easily available from the supermarket. I didn’t like the chocolate, but the mouse had a lovely texture and I will try with different chocolate.
I would recommend this class, and I’d like to do some of the other classes on offer (hint-hint)”
