“This is the best classbento class I have been to! Kim was kind, patient and an excellent teacher. She gave clear instructions, demonstrated everything to the group but also spent time with us individually to ensure we had the right technique. She taught us the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ of all that was involved and tips to perfect our skills and the final product. Although the class was quite technical we all left with beautiful looking cakes and the confidence to try again at home. Thanks so much Kim!”
