It was so delicious, and I loved how collaborative it was and it’s given me lots of inspiration of what to cook next! The Taste of Vietnam cooking class was just fabulous and the wonderful platters were remarkable!! I will be coming again and again!! I also love how attentive and flexible she is because when we needed to change our time she was so helpful!! I was amazed at how inclusive she was because although I was the youngest there she let me do a lot of stuff and was just so kind and supportive! We cannot express how much we loved it. YOU NEED TO GO TO THIS COOKING CLASS IMMEDIATELY!!”
