“I did a 3D vintage piping style cake and really enjoyed learning the basics of asian-cake decorating on my day off. It was relaxing and the teacher was patient and encouraging providing one-to-one demonstration and assistance. My only feedback is to also include written copy of instructions of the measurements, grams and ingredients on paper or sent via. Email so I can remember how to do it while practising at home.
