“This was a wonderful way to start the new year! We were guided through some structured reflection practices to clarify our life vision. We were also provided with plenty of arts and crafts supplies and visuals to create the physical vision board and bring it to life. The facilitators were very welcoming and supportive throughout. I highly recommend this session!”
