“Teacher (Nat Thaipun) was amazing, as we're all the staff at the Seafood School. Very knowledgeable, happy to openly share their knowledge. Started with theatre style demonstrations, in depth cooking techniques, hints and tips. Followed by hands on cooking at exceptional quality cooking stations. Ingredients portioned and ready to go and facilities were 5 star. Chef walked around and helped everyone, chatted, answered questions. It was very personable and comfortable environment. Lastly, eat what you cooked. A feast of all the menu items, served with a beverage choice. Again, staff were lovely.”
