Julie's passion, knowledge and skill level of preparing and cooking Lebanese food is amazing. Her explanations of ingredients, ingredient sustitutes and preparation methods were easily understood. The friendly setting in Julie's kitchen made you feel like you were in your own kitchen with a group of mates cooking up a storm.
