Michelle the teacher is lovely, great communication, very helpful & her recordings are easy to follow & very well made. It arrived in a beautiful gift bag that is reusable & of very good quailty as is all the elements of the kit. Love how you can choose what colour etc of your puppy so each puppy is different, special, yours. Kit came well packed & arrived quickly.
