“Hello,
I attended the Jewellery Class: Forever Bracelet and Charms yesterday and unfortunately the experience did not meet a reasonable standard, particularly given the cost of $258 for two participants.
From the outset, the session felt poorly organised and uncomfortable. We were seated on a couch extremely close to other participants, at times effectively sitting on other people’s belongings, and remained waiting for almost 30 minutes before any meaningful instruction began.
When the class did start, the setup involved working at a makeshift table with uncomfortable seating. The available bracelet and charm options were very limited, and we were given minimal time, guidance, or support from the instructor. The instructor also did not appear confident in the process, which further reduced our ability to complete the activity properly or enjoy the experience.
As this was booked as a Valentine’s activity, we were very disappointed that the class did not provide the structured, comfortable, and supported workshop experience that was advertised.
Given the above, I am requesting a full refund of the $258 paid. Please advise the next steps to arrange this.
I look forward to your response.
Kind regards, Chris”
“There were 3 classes being run at the same time, on the same table. There were not enough chairs for the people in our class, so a couple had to sit on a couch away from the instructor’s explanation. The bracelet took 5 min to make. I’m glad it was a gift voucher cause definitely was not worth $100.”
