What really stood out was how attentive and supportive she was, supervising each student individually and ensuring everyone got hands-on practice.
The class itself was so much fun, and I loved being involved in every stage of the process. We created a beautiful cake covered in smooth ganache and finished it with fondant, including a gorgeous fondant bow on top. It was incredibly satisfying to see the final result!
The atmosphere was very friendly and engaging, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. As a bonus, we also had the opportunity to shop for baking supplies with a discount, so I feel well-prepared to practice everything I learned at home.
