The facilitator explained every step clearly, set clear expectations about the next task and its duration and kept us on time. Everyone in the class went home with their lamps at exactly the right stage. Doing the final steps of plaster, cleaning and assembly at home were all straight forward. Our family and friends are so impressed with our handiwork. One has already booked in for her and her mum as a Christmas present! We're actually keen to go again, now that we know what to do!”
