“I went to my first ever silver jewellery making class for beginners today in Kyneton with my daughter. She gifted me the experience for my birthday. I was a bit intimidated but our teacher, Sarah Munnings was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable immediately. I hadn’t given much thought into the type of ring I would make as I was unsure of what I would be capable of. Sarah introduced us to some rings for inspiration and to some techniques for texturing. Once we tried some of these, we were off! The time went really quickly and yet I made two rings that I’m sufficiently proud enough to wear. The class was small-five of us and everyone was lovely.
I really enjoyed the class and will be booking another. The facility was fantastic and warm on a cold winter’s day.”
