I recently attended a glass fusion workshop with Merryl and had a truly wonderful experience. Merryl was warm, welcoming, and made everyone feel at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the session. What stood out most was how inclusive and thoughtful she was in guiding each participant, making sure everyone felt involved, supported, and confident in their creativity. The session was not only well-structured and informative, but also deeply enjoyable and creatively fulfilling. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to try something new, learn from a skilled artist, and enjoy a meaningful, hands-on creative experience.

My dad and I had the BEST time doing this class! We were lucky to be the only ones in the session so had Merryl all to ourselves. She was an excellent instructor and helped us bring each of our ideas to life in totally different ways. She even let us stay longer to finish our pieces after the workshop ended. It's a very hands-on session and you learn a lot. I would 100% recommend this class to anyone interested – I can't wait to go back and make more!

Merryl is an excellent tutor she has a wealth of experience and explains processes well. I was very lucky to have her individual tuition to make a platter which included learning to use the glass cutter gulitone to cut various colours and sizes. Meryl also expedited the firing process for me as I'm visiting from NZ for a week so I could take back a finished piece.
