My sensei is not only incredibly talented and skilled in the art of wagashi, but also exceptionally kind, patient and brings a lot of positive energy. Her generosity in sharing her knowledge and expertise truly touched me. Together, we created seven beautiful wagashi, and I cannot describe the joy I felt when I completed my very first one—it was like a dream come true.
