“We loved our session! As apart of our end of year work celebration we all made gnocchi and feasted on the most beautiful Italian food many of us have ever enjoyed, outside of Italy.
Thank you for a great environment, fun and interactive and rewarding activity!”
“Booked for a staff Christmas Party and we all loved it! Went so smoothly, staff were very helpful and accomadating and the gnocchi was excellent! Thankyou for having us :)”
“Good class, learnt how to make gnocchi in a easy way with only a few steps. The goodie bag had all the ingredients needed to make the gnocchi at home again from scratch. The lunch after the class was delicious. Great atmosphere.”
“Nothing less than 5 stars for this professionally run gnocchi making class with some of the best chefs in the world! What an honour!
It was full hands-on interactive class, and we learnt the actual process of making gnocchi that they use in their restaurant, which to me had a feeling like we were sitting in a beautiful talian trattoria.
There was a warm welcome with delicious coffee upon arrival, had time to chat to other people and to share our experiences.
Then we all made our delicious gnocchi with thorough explanations and guidance from the chefs.
After making the gnocchi, we all enjoyed an absolutely delicious lunch, gnocchi, made by the best chefs and accompanied with our choice of either a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
We took home the gnocchi we made during the class along with a bag of top quality goodies so we could practice and make gnocchi at home.
This is my third class here, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone who wants to learn how to make either the best pizza, or the best gnocchi!
If you want the best, you learn from the best! Thank you!”
“This was great. We started with a coffee or hot chocolate while we waited for the late attendees to arrive. By 11.30, we had washed our hands and put our provided aprons on. We listened to the chef explain gnocchi and then started the process ourselves. Peeling the precooked potato, mashing it with a fork or our hands, adding salt and flour, and carefully mixing it together. While it rested, we learnt about the restaurant, the chefs were happy to take pictures and help with any advise, questions, or instructions. We then rolled it out, cut it up, and placed it in our containers for home. We then sat down for lunch and a drink, where the gnocchi melted in your mouth and the drinks were authentic Italian. When leaving we were able to take our gnocchi we made home plus received a goodie bag with the ingredients to make gnocchi at home.
It was a great class and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to make gnocchi from Oceania’s best pizza restaurant.”
