“My husband and I received a gift voucher for this cooking class from our children. Booking the class for the date we wanted was easy. We had a wonderful time! Rachel, our teacher explained everything clearly and demonstrated the recipes. Our three dishes, the Tom Yum soup, Asian beef salad and Pad Thai tasted so good and there were even left overs to take home. We'd really like to do another Thai cooking class and learn to make different dishes (unfortunately my husband is gluten sensitive so can not eat dumplings which is the only other class offered) Also we would have bought some of the ingredients (chilli jam, tamarind etc) if they were sold onsite.”
