“Was gifted a voucher to this class from my partner. It was easy to book in a time and we had a private weekend class. The teacher was very kind and friendly, and we had a great time learning how to make the soba noodles and you get to try them at the end with a lovely vegan broth.
The only reason I didn't do 5/5 was that we booked this class due to it being gluten free as I have Celiac Disease, though we ended up using gluten-containing flour so I couldnt eat the noodles myself. Would definitely recommend this class and teacher in general, but not for a celiac or gluten intolerant person. Perhaps just remove the gluten free title from the class name in future.
