Great experience! The teacher was very nice and gave helpful tips to improve milk texturing and pouring techniques. Would have loved a bit more to practice.

Teacher was great, very accomodating and understanding. Showed the ropes of what to do from steaming the milk to pouring the latte art. Steaming on the commercial machine and doing latte art was a lot harder than I thought but it was all good fun and very informative. I liked the final demonstration whereby he showcased how all the techniques would come together for advanced latte art by making a seahorse and a lion.

It was a fun afternoon and Adrian is a good teacher. Creating Latte Art was much harder than we thought. It is really a skilled art form and makes you appreciate the creativity of your coffee.

I thoroughly enjoyed the class. Adrian was an excellent teacher - patient, understanding and a good communicator. He was able to answer any questions that we put to him. We learnt the basics of steaming milk and were given instruction on how to 'draw' hearts, tulips and rosettas on our lattes. This course is well worth doing for getting a better understanding of the basics of coffee making.

Found this class really helpful! You don't need a lot of past experience making espressos and steaming milk – it's beginner friendly. Adrian was our teacher and he did a great job instructing us and helping troubleshoot. We learnt how to steam milk, and practiced a variety of shapes (heart, tulip, rosetta). There were a range of machines to practice on, from larger commercial models to home Brevilles. Some people in the class preferred using a Breville since it mirrored their home setup. I was able to take what I learnt and apply it to problems I was having making lattes at home, which is exactly what I was after.

Great course. Small group and fun attempting the different latte art styles. Teacher was very talented and clearly explained everything with lots of hands on training. Lots of practice now needed to improve my skills, but I now know what I am trying to create. Loved the course!
