“This was a cracking day. The teacher (Jamie) is a great bloke and is entertaining and highly skilled, particularly when it came to correcting my cockups. I was truly amazed at the quality of the knife we all produced at the end of the day. Rather than being an embarrassment that gets thrown into the back of the kitchen drawer, it's on display with my Japanese forged knives, and it cuts beautifully. I highly recommend this course.”

“Terrific course! It was a fun and educational day with the knife as an heirloom keepsake. Bjorn was an excellent teacher for our intimate class of four. He gave each attendee plenty of attention and help if needed so we could all move at the same pace.
Nordic Edge provided good quality safety gear and various materials to make some sections faster or we wouldn't have finished in one day (e.g. knife handles). Drinks throughout the day and a very tasty lunch were included.
