“As a group of 4 who were new to floristry we were all quite disappointed by the class today. We felt that whilst the teacher was an experienced florist, she was not so good at teaching. It was more of a demonstration class with a little guidance when we made our own bouquet. The teacher, without introducing herself, went straight into the demonstration, not even asking our names or explaining anything about the class. We did leave with a nice bouquet of flowers each but felt that unfortunately we did not really learn any new skills.”
