“We had organised a private class to celebrate a Hen’s night. Carlos, our teacher, made the experience incredibly enjoyable, giving us one of our best experiences for the day! He was also extremely patient given the limited baking experience we had, and was magically able to make us all create soundly looking (and super tasty) macarons!
