“I had a really good time at the Sausage making class. I had tried to make one lot of sausages at home and couldn't get it quite right, this was a perfect opportunity. Three different types were made and we all had hands on to make them, cook them, and eat them after. Our instructor Mark was very pleasant and eager to teach us.”
“A great class which produced 3 tasty sausages and equipped you with the information and skills to do at home. Only draw back was being in group 3 which meant we missed out on some of the information about cooking whilst we made our sausage but we had the benefit of watching the other groups.
