Chef Mark is a fantastic teacher and a world of knowledge who guided us through each recipe and process. Such a lovely way to spend an evening, learning new skills and meeting new and wonderful people (and enjoying a 4 course dinner in the process). If you are wanting to try something new, fun & different, are just new to cooking or looking to broaden your recipe base, whilst meeting new & wonderful people, I highly recommend.”
