“Our chef Dan got everyone involved. He soon had everyone chopping up ingredients. He explained everything well. Everything was very organised. We soon had our paella ready. While they were cooking, we enjoyed some bruschetta and beetroot salad. After our paella was cooked we soon enjoyed eating it. The silence was deafening as the food was amazing. Then we had a go at making the churros, sprinkling them with cinnamon and sugar and dipping them in a chocolate orange chilli sauce. Amazing. Had a great night. Will be back.”
