“A fun class, with 13 people in our session. Eve was knowledgeable and explained some aspects of gin making. We chose our botanicals by smell only. There was no pre- tasting or experimenting before you chose your combination. The class was 2 1/2 hours, and was still going when I had to go. I’m looking forward to enjoying my gin. “It was fantastic. We had a great afternoon, which turned into an evening as well! The class was very interesting and Eve was very enthusiastic and helpful as we set about selecting our botanicals and distilling our gin. When the class finished the bar was open and there was a pizza van on site - I highly recommend trying one - it was delicious. We stayed and tried a few of the various gin cocktails on offer and Eve and Grace behind the bar were great fun and put together some mighty fine cocktails for us. Thank you both for a great visit - hopefully we can make it back again soon.”
