“Absolutely excellent! We began by smelling and tasting a variety of spices, which set the stage for an immersive and engaging experience. From there, we moved on to cooking an assortment of curries, raita, and bread.
Everyone had the chance to get involved, with expert guidance ensuring we could confidently prepare dishes such as dhal, chickpea, mushroom, and paneer curries. Nothing was too much trouble, and the instructor was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. As a delightful bonus, we were treated to a delicious strawberry lassi.
