“This class had so many great reasons to go which included 1. a teacher who had been doing ikebana since she was 10 and trained in Kyoto where Ikebana started 2. Other women who were on the same journey of discovery or improvement with great examples 3. Ability to create beautiful arrangements with less or using plants around you. Such a great discovery.”
“This was such a beautiful experience, surrounded by fresh flowers, shutting out the busy world outside, focusing on natural beauty and balance. Our teacher was really lovely, she gave us the freedom to put our imagination and creativity into the our arrangements, and then with a few tweaks helped us to make them into little works of art. We also really enjoyed watching the amazing creations of some of the regular members. We’d love to do it again!”
