I have been looking forward to coming to Gem’s floristry all day class for well over a year. We made three different floral arrangements with a tall vase, posey in a vase and a Pinterest style which all turned out stunning. The vibrancy of the spring jonquils paired with purple anenomes, the magnificence of Ecuadorian roses with an outpouring of pink andromedas and peach branches adding height and character to gerberas, carnations and stock surrounded by blue gum foliage. Jem has such a great eye for floral composition. When you put each stem together one by one, the result is truly spectacular. Great visionary in floral design!”
