“The workshop was a fun activity on a cold overcast Saturday. My granddaughter and I enjoyed making the chocolate truffles and taking them home with us. The hot chocolate we were served was made from Cacao beans roasted over rose petals, and had an interesting combination of rich chocolate and the scent of roses. This is a good intergenerational activity, probably for teens and over. Joseph was a really interesting teacher.”
