“We did the Wood Fired Pizza Cooking Class today and it was excellent! Mario was an incredible teacher who had an in-depth knowledge on the art of pizza-making. The class was perfect for both experienced cooks and total novices (even if you can't cook an egg, by the end of the class you can make a restaurant-quality pizza!) It was extremely fun and we all learned a lot from this - and the pizzas we made were D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!”
