“Very informative. There were so many pointers on what is required for good coffee. I have worked with coffee making before and I kept thinking that so and so doesn't do that. It's so important to strive for excellence and deliver a standard. Cafes can make great meals but if they stuff up the coffee, they lose customers. I have stopped buying coffee cause most people burn it and they have done a course. There is a need for a standard of excellence that was provided by this course. There is demand for baristas everywhere. So, I'm on my way. I'm going to get a campervan and go north for the winter. Cheerio and Ta.”
